The Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) has unveiled the jersey designs for its six newly named teams ahead of the second season. Initially, each team operated under its city name with players wearing jerseys featuring the league’s logo. The Toronto Sceptres, Montreal Victoire, Ottawa Charge, Boston Fleet, Minnesota Frost, and New York Sirens will start the new season on Nov. 30 with jerseys designed to reflect each team’s identity. The jerseys will also be available for sale to the public as replicas. The league consulted Creative Agency Flower Shop to design the jerseys, which are manufactured by Bauer.

Led by PWHL vice-president of brand and marketing Kanan Bhatt-Shah, the league is excited about the new jersey designs. PWHL senior vice president of business operations Amy Scheer stated that players and fans have been eagerly anticipating this moment, and they are pleased with the unique looks each team will sport moving forward. The jerseys mark a significant evolution in the league’s history, and they are looking forward to seeing them showcased on the ice and in the stands. Training camps for the teams open on Tuesday, with each team allowed to carry 32 players. The 23-player roster, plus three reserves for each team, will be announced on Nov. 27.
