US Navy conducting search for two crew members following aircraft crash near Mount Rainier

The US Navy is currently searching for two crew members who went missing after their EA-18G Growler aircraft crashed near Mount Rainier in Washington during a training flight on Tuesday. The aircraft belonged to the Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 130 based in Washington and crashed east of Mount Rainier. Despite multiple search and rescue assets being deployed, the status of the crew members remains unknown as of 7 p.m. on October 15. The search and rescue operations were continuing as of Wednesday morning.
